The episode ends with Balder realizing Loki wanted to kill him and accepting himself as dangerous while Loki no longer could take on the task of killing Balder causing Balder to decide to commit suicide and jump off a cliff. When Loki discovers both Apollon and Yui he explains to them that wherever there is light there will also be darkness thus, explaining that even though Balder is the God of Light he is also the God of Destruction.
